1. Appointment Cancellation

You can cancel or reschedule an appointment free of charge up to 2 hours before your scheduled time by contacting us via WhatsApp or phone. Cancellations made after this window, or missed appointments without notice, may not be eligible for a refund of any consultation fee paid online.

2. Refunds for Online Payments

If you paid a consultation fee or bed reservation charge online and cancel within the eligible window above, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Actual credit to your account depends on your bank/payment provider and may take a few additional days.

3. Bed Reservation Cancellation

Bed reservations can be cancelled free of charge before the admission date. If admission has already occurred, charges for days already utilised will not be refunded; only unused, pre-paid days may be eligible for a refund at the clinic's discretion.

4. Doctor Unavailability

If a doctor is unavailable for your scheduled appointment due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, you will be offered a free rescheduling or a full refund of any fee paid, at your preference.
